Sorry I haven't been as good about posting daily, but i've been extremely busy at work and school and simply have had zero time. I've been keeping up on my workouts which have been going awesome.
I have no been able to do morning workouts though. I'm working about 55-60 hours a week and that doesnt make for much free time in the morning, but I've been doing both the morning and evening workouts when I workout after work in the evenings. Makes for a long workout but its nice being able to get into the gym and just let go of the world and workout.
The weather has dramatically changed over the last few days. It's a chilly 48 degress today with wind speeds around 28mph, making for one dreary chilly day. I always love this time of year for the colors, smells, and holidays... but unfortunately I also dislike it, because that means there wont be as many nice days to go for runs or walks outdoors. Thank GOODNESS FOR TREADMILLS!!!
My weigh tracker this week is:
Only a slight increase in my weight this week. I'm very pleased with the way I look though. I'm looking leaner, and getting my muscle definition. I have to keep in mind that I am not a SKINNY girl, my body is not built to be skinny. I have a muscular body, with bigger bones and can never be skinny. But I don't want to be. I would rather look muscular and healthy then stickly. I understand that some women cannot help looking super skinny, its just the way they are built. But if I have a choice I'd be muscular and strong looking.
Well this weekend my big plans are working Overtime, looking at apartments, working out, and a coaches meeting on Sunday. So BUSY BUSY.. OH! AND my accounting Mid Term... (LAME!!!) Hope you all have a wonderful evening & weekend :) :)
